Johan Haugstad
Johan has a background in human resources management at UiS, and is authorized to use JTI and Teamkompassat. In the last few years where he has worked in the health and education sectors, he has walked with a “coach in the belly”, launching in 2021 his own consulting company, Teamverkstaden. When the opportunity to develop people together with Jon Zacharias came up, it was an easy choice for Johan to accept a job at Veni before they launched Ember together in 2023.
Johan has since 2012 studied the use of personality tools in school administration, conflict management and organizational development. In addition to having experience in management and board work, he has surveyed several hundred employees and guided schools and companies to successfully develop their teams.
