Do you need to know a lot about personality types before using Ember for leadership development?

No, Ember is based on where the customer is and adapts its services accordingly.

Does Ember only work with large organizations?

No, Ember is just as much for individual managers and teams — but has the technology and potential to work with organizations with thousands of employees.

I am considering using Ember in my workplace, but am unsure if it is for me. How can I find out if it's for us?

Get in touch, then we find a suitable initial engagement to test it out and experience what it's like to work with Ember.

I have challenges with the dynamics of my team. Where should I start?

First of all, get in touch! A good place to start is a mapping of how the team is performing today. We use the data to make a plan for where it will make the most impact to improve. After a period of collaboration, we can take another survey to document the results.

What tools and methods does Ember use for human development?

Ember's most widely used toolkit is called GiNT, and has about 70 different tools and lenses - but we also pull in JTI and other tools as needed. You can read more about GiNT's tools at giantworldwide.com. The methods we use are talks, workshops and simple surveys.
